Who is Caring for you after your car accident?
One of the most unexpected life-changing events has just happened- you or your loved one were recently involved in a car accident. Even a minor car accident can throw your life into a tizzy dealing with insurance, car repairs, and emotional stress.
Car Accident Injuries Are Not Always Immediately Present
Studies have shown that rear-end collisions at speeds as low as 5-10mph can cause whiplash and other injuries to the driver and passengers.
Minor car accidents may leave you feeling no initial pain and, because you are focused on so many other issues related to getting your life back to normal, you mistakenly decide that you will not need to seek any type of treatment. But, in many cases, the real effects are hidden and the true effects from your auto accident may not show up for weeks, months, or even years. As a result, during this time, your previously non-apparent injuries could worsen.
Why Chiropractic for your auto accident?
If you or your loved one has recently been involved in a car accident, you should schedule an appointment with a chiropractor for a full examination as early as possible. Chiropractic care is a safe non-surgical alternative that you should consider, and you can lesson the risk of aggravating the hidden injuries that may be present in your body.
